Biomes based on Nordic nature

Woods and Mires adds new biomes based on Nordic nature: pine forests, mires and fells together with their variants. It also adds new foliage to vanilla biomes.
Requirements
- Fabric API (also works with Quilted Fabric API in 1.19+)
- TerraBlender is needed to generate the biomes in the world (MC 1.18+)
- 1.16 versions required Fabric Language Kotlin, but it is no longer needed.
