🐾 Armored Paws Backport - 1.20.1 🐾
This mod backports the Armored Paws feature, allowing you to craft Wolf Armor using Armadillo Scutes and give your pet the protection they deserve.
Features
Wolf Armor: Craft and equip the protective gear using Armadillo Scutes, significantly boosting your tamed wolf's durability in combat.
Customization: Feel free to dye the Wolf Armor any color you desire to match your aesthetic!
Removal with Shears: The armor can be safely and easily removed with shears
Discover each of the 9 wolf variants (like the Snowy, Ashen, and Striped Wolf) now spawning in their corresponding biomes across the Overworld.
How to Get Started
Find the Armadillos: Locate Armadillos spawning naturally in Savanna and Badlands biomes.
Gather Scutes: Armadillos will drop Armadillo Scutes when brushed, or sometimes naturally over time.
Craft the Armor: Use the Scutes to craft the Wolf Armor!

Hotfix
Fixed issue #1 & #2 from the issue tracker. Thank you Seanmium.
- When a wolf with armor is attacked, it will detect that it is under attack and retaliate back to the attacker.
- Right-clicking a wolf with a armadillo scute now repairs the armor.
