What does this data pack do?

This data pack makes lightning rods work even if they aren't placed as block!

You can just hold lightning rods and they will work

Just install the data pack or the mod

I've tried to make my data pack work in multiplayer, because of this I had to completly rewrite the code so there can be bugs that I didn't find
