Every 20 ticks all the items in your inventory lose 1 durability! Can you still beat Minecraft despite this?

Features:

Every 20 ticks your entire inventory (including armour you are wearing) loses 1 durability, unless it has unbreaking
/delay command allowing you to customise how frequently your items take damage
/pauseitemdamage command allowing to disable/enable this mod
