Waypoint command mod

This mod introduces a few commands to make teleportation easier:

• /waypoint create - Takes optional coordinates & dimension. If they aren't passed, then the players current dimension & position will be used. Ideally, this should work with modded dimensions as well. Waypoint name is a required parameter and will be the waypoint name.
• /waypoint list - This lists all waypoints created on the server. It takes an optional parameter, username: When passed, all the waypoints created by that player will be shown.
• /waypoint info - This will output the coordinates and dimension of the waypoint, and how far away the player is if in the same dimension as the waypoint. Waypoint name is a required parameter.
• /waypoint follow - This gives indications to the player to reach the selected waypoint. It tells wether the facing direction is correct and the distance. Waypoint name is a required parameter. IMPORTANT: Load this SERVER-SIDE datapack for the /waypoint follow command to work!
• /waypoint delete - This can only be run be an operator or the owner of the waypoint. Waypoint name is a required parameter.
• /waypoint bookmark <view|add|remove> - These are essentially favourite waypoints per user for quick access.
