Rework WATERFrAMES recipes to use crafting ingredients from the Create mod, with a slightly more logical recipe tree. Useful for preserving progression and immersion when including WATERFrAMES in a modpack where it would otherwise be out of place. Works well with Create: Logical Nixie Tube Recipe.
