Adds small dripping particles when the player leaves water or rain.

This client-side mod adds small, dynamic particle effects when the player interacts with water, rain, or lava. When the player exits water or rain, tiny water particles appear around them. Additionally, if the player drinks a Fire Resistance potion while standing in lava, small lava particles will drip from them as they leave the lava.

Added:
- Armor now gets darker when wet from water or rain, and gradually dries over time.
- In cold biomes, wet armor turns frosty/lighter instead of darker.
Fixed:
- Water trail particles no longer appear while still inside a water source.
