"The Wandering Illagers" adds one mob: The Wandering Illager
It disguises as a normal Wandering Trader until you attack it or open the trade menu, then it transforms into the Wandering Illager, with special attacks and an interesting drop... The Illager Tent with the Wandering Illager and the Wandering Gem inside

Added a Distance Check:
If you're under 2 blocks away from a Wandering Trader that has the Gem Trade, he'll laugh and transform into the Wandering Illager
