VPN Warner

This mod warns you if you have a VPN process/service running before joining a multiplayer server. It only persists across one join so you don't toggle a VPN on between joins and forget about it.

There's no config menu/file for now.

Remove second Mixin inject (it calls the longer function anyway), if the person is not running a VPN, let them connect instead of crashing the game.
