This mod makes vines not grow sideways, be snippable to prevent downwards growth, and also bonemealable to force downwards growth.
Todo:
- make the features only active on player-placed vines
- figure out how to make sideways growth on bonemealing work??

An alternative version of the mod that disables natural vine growth entirely, rendering the blockstate changes and shears mixin unnecessary. This one should only be needed on the server.
