Makes bats less annoying by making them intangible, and silent by default! This mod is just a single mixin, and it doesn't even require the fabric API! Just a tiny mod for a tiny creature.

Rewrote sound fix to be client side! This mod now works fully on the client alone, with the server only being required for the halloween bat spawn fix.

- Modifies the muting method to be client side instead of NBT, no one wants to unmute bats anyways probably
- Also disables extra bat spawning on halloween, whose idea was that?
