Ultimate Infinity Gauntlet

This pack is both a datapack and resource pack, so make sure you have both, and do /reload before complaining in the comments that it doesn't work. To craft the stones, take a look at the second picture, but you need a 3x3x1 area of ore blocks, and throw the ore corelating to those blocks on top of those nine blocks. To make the gauntlet after you have the stones is easy. Just put the stones in the first 6 slots of your inventory. Have fun!
