Twilight Forest Fixes (Doors & Misc)

This mod fixes a few issues present in older versions of The Twilight Forest, these being:

• Door items not having textures, causing them to be rendered as pink and black squares;
• The transwood trapdoor using the twilight oak trapdoor texture;
• Missing english localization names for certain blocks/entities.
