I have added a few Utilities helpful if you are using a mod such as MTR or Create to make trains.

For all the train nerds who want a whistle to blow this adds the simple dispatch and door whistles. :-) (and a lot more things now LOL) This is my first mod so if its bad please dont be mean. :-) I made this using MCreator. Alert! This mod does NOT add trains of any sort just the utilities. Also, please sub to me on YT here: Subscribe

Added a few more items that are essential for the craft for the ticket box.
Added a goal(advancement) for getting a ticket.

Fixed the blocks up a bit. Sorry for missing V3.1.1 it was way too buggy so I moved on. Still in Beta though.
