TPA-TP

A simple TPA module, similar to those on the market, but the advantage is that it has no other prerequisite modules.

Command List:
/tpa [player name] (send a teleport request),
/tpaccept (accept a teleport request),
/tpadeny (deny a teleport request),
/back (teleport to the death location),
/tpahere [player name] (request the player to teleport to you).
