Tinkers Reforged add 10 new metals to tinkers construct that be used as tinkers materials.

Tinkers reforged finally hit 1.20.1, took a long time to make.
It's not gonna be anything like 1.19.2 or 1.18.2. Everything has been remade from scratch.
