Time Control(ler) is a modern mod that allows you to speed up, slow down and stop time using 3 items. The mod works both client and server side.
Installation
Make sure you have the Fabric API and the correct version of this mod for your Minecraft version. That's it, you should have the mod working.

How to control time?
Using items that you can obtain in creative or commands.
Is it possible to craft the control items in survival?
No, but you can create your own recipes using datapacks or some other mods.
