This is the unofficial version of the mod Thirst Was Taken, ported to the Fabric platform, adds a thirst mechanic to the game

💧 Water Purity Water can have 4 different levels of purity, depending on where it was harvested

If you drink non-purified water, depending on the purity level, you will have a chance to get sick, or worse, poisoned.

Water can be purified on a campfire or a furnace: a campfire will purify it by 1 unit, and a furnace by 2 (meaning it will go from Dirty to Acceptable, for instance).

💧 What's the difference?

  • You cannot directly boil bottled water over the campfire
  • You cannot use a campfire or a furnace to boil the bucket of water

These issues are caused by differences in platforms. I will try to fix them

💧Collaboration with other mods

I'm very sorry, but unfortunately I don't have enough time to complete this task

But no one can be sure. What if one day I have some free time? Right?

Fix Bug: Fixed the bug where Mixin prevented the original furnace from smelting any items other than water bottles or water-filled ceramic bowls.

This is the community version of the mod Thirst-Mod. This mod has been ported to the Fabric platform. Functionally, it remains largely similar, and many of the logic codes are from the original mod. I only made modifications from Forge API to Fabric API and made a few adjustments.

Note that this module uses a custom formula for water purification. This module is currently not linked with other modules of the Fabric version, and the workload is too large.
