The Land Claim: Coordinate-Based Land Management with Geyser Support

The Land Claim is a comprehensive land protection mod designed for Minecraft Java servers running Fabric. Unlike simple chunk-based claiming systems, this plugin offers 3d cube selecition claiming. It also has support for Bedrock players via GeyserMC.

This Mod features advanced TNT protection, block-break prevention


Coordinate-Based Claiming: Claim specific volumes of land by defining exact XYZ coordinates, not the chunk based.

  • Geyser: Bedrock players are fully supported
  • Robust Protection: Stops unauthorized block breaking, placing, and interacting (doors, buttons, chests)
  • Permissions Management: Easily manage who has access to your land and what they are allowed to do.

Usage:

To protect your land, simply use the provided commands.

  • To claim land (Java): Use /claim <x1> <y1> <z1> <x2> <y2> <z2> to define the exact box you want to protect.
  • To view claim info: Type /claiminfo to see who owns the land you are currently standing on.
  • To unclaim: Use the /unclaim command while inside your claim.
  • Use /claimperms to change per-player permissions.

Installation:

  1. Download the .jar file.
  2. Place it in your server's or game's mods folder.
  3. Restart your server. No client-side mods are required. Single Player also supported
