With this mod you will be able to be a witcher and complete contracts by hunting monsters around the world using signs, leveling up and upgrading your equipment.

 

 

This mod is highly configurable and you can add your own contracts, recipes, define what type of mob they are (cursed, beast, necrophage, etc), which makes it very useful for monster hunting mod packs.


Signs As in the witcher 3 you have all the witcher signs.

 

By pressing the G key you can change the sign. By pressing the R key you can launch the sign.

 

Aard : Push the enemies wherever you look.

Igni : Throw a flare forward that damages the enemy.

Axii : Stuns the enemy you cast it on, if he is smart he will become your ally temporarily attacking other mobs.

Yrden : Creates a circle on the ground causing the wraith to take more damage.

Queen : Gives you a shield that removes the damage of the next hit you receive.

 

All signs can be upgraded by unlocking abilities.


Abilities

By pressing the U key you can unlock and equip skills when you level up. when you level up.  


Alchemy

By pressing the K key you can create various items very useful for a Witcher.

This crafting system is inspired by the one in the witcher 3.

Through the configuration files you will be able to modify the recipes, add new ones and create new categories.

  


Whistle

With this system you will be able to keep a tame horse and call it from anywhere in the world even if the horse dies.

  Press H while riding a horse to save it.

  Press J to call the horse.

This system is not limited to horses only, any mount could work.   


 

Player Chances

added chance of :

  • Critical

  • Dodge

  • Poison

  • Bleed


Oils

Oils can be applied to silver swords. 

Right click with the oil on the sword to apply it.

 


Silver and Steel
  • Silver : more damage to monsters.

  • Steel : more damage to humans.

 


Other Mechanics
  • No mob will burn during the day.

  • Right click on a campfire to save the spawn point.

  • Right click on a grindstone to apply critical chance to a sword temporarily.

  • The critical hit while jumping mechanic has been removed and replaced by the critical probability of hit.

  • Armor slows the player down depending on the weight.

A lot of content has been ported from the 1.20.1 version, i will mention only new or modified content.

  • the places of power have been ported, will now have particles in the signal indicating that it has never been used, the first time it is used it will grant experience to the player and a small chance of giving a skill point.

  • the banshees have undergone changes, their ai has been completely changed and their model will change in the future.

  • the banshee's ai has been upgraded and used in a new mob - NoonWraiths which now appears in places of power.

  • added Wraith and together with the banshees are in WIP.

  • added mutagen, have no use yet, but will have, so collect it.

  • added trial of grasses, to be used in the Witcher's class quests

  • Tawny Owl: Regenerates 1.5 stamina for 30 seconds.

  • Cat: Grants sight in total darkness, 5% Critical hit chance.

  • Full Moon: Increases maximum Vitality, 300 Vitality.

  • Black Blood: Witcher's blood injures vampires and necrophages when they wound him, 15 % Damage returned.

  • Petri's Philter: Increases Sign intensity, 15% Sign intensity.

  • White Honey: Reduces Toxicity to zero and cancels the effects of other potions.

  • Clearance: Returns all Ability Points spent to develop Abilities to the available pool so you can redistribute them.

--Changes--

  • Potions now have charges, which means that they can be consumed multiple times before they are used up
  • Once the potion is depleted it can be refilled by right clicking on the item with some type of alcohol
  • Witcher class now has stamina to cast signs instead of cooldown
  • Griffin set has been reworked to work with the stamina system
  • Items in the crafting/trading menu are sorted correctly

Now when you level up you get armor

If for some reason you take damage and you mitigate 100% you will always take some damage

If a mob is up to 15 levels higher than you, you will receive reduced damage from him

All mobs will have less life and damage per level

The drowners' nest will now spawn mobs more slowly and activate at shorter distance

All Weapons from the mod can use Runes

Nerf to arrow damage

Nerf to fall damage, now you will receive less damage when falling from high places

Random Weapons will now have a level similar to the player's level when picked up instead of by distance to spawn

Upgrading weapons and armor will now keep glyphs, runes and enchantments

Now the critical particle will appear when a crit is drone

If several players hit the same mob the one who kills him gets 100% of xp the others 25% of the total if they are in the same team

Mob Leveling

  • The mob leveling system has changed, now the mobs that appear next to the player will be of a similar level instead of leveling up as you move away from the spawn.
