Hello and welcome to the expanded version of "The chocolate mod" or "Simple Chocolate Mod"

This version of the mod will have more content that is more experimental. If the content is good enough and I like it enough aswell it will be added to the "official" version of the mod. See this as some sort of beta or snapshot for the original mod.

Important note:

This is a seperate mod from "The chocolate mod" (Original version). Don't run these 2 mods together!

Q&A

Q: Can I use this mod in a modpack?

A: Yes of course! I actually think this mod does better in a modpack that is centered around food, just make sure to credit me!

Q: How far in between will updates be?

A: Depends on how motivated I am feeling to code, sometimes maybe a few weeks. Other times maybe a month or two

Q: Where can I report issues/bugs?

Q: What about compatibility?

A: I have tested a few mods toghether with this mod (Farmer's delight, Farmer's delight expanded), they all seem to work fine. If there is an incompatibility please report it to the issues github.

Q: Will this mod be updated to the newest versions of minecraft?

A: Yes, I will try to update it as soon as I can.If you have any more questions feel free to leave a comment!

Hello everybody and welcome to the second update of the chocolate mod expanded now as you know this version has more content and is kind of like a sneak peek for what is to come no exception in this version!

Changelog:

  • Added Enchanted Gold Bars

  • These are also always edible and give Absorption, regeneration, speed, haste and resistance

  • Enchanted gold bars are craftable so these aren't as overpowered as the enchanted golden apples are

  • Added Brown chocolate bar bowl (Brown chocolate bar in a bowl)

  • added hot chocolate bowl (Obtained by smelting brown chocolate bar bowl)

  • Hot chocolate bowl gives 5 seconds of regeneration

  • added the chocolaterie table (Textures may change)

  • Keep in mind that the chocolaterie table doesn't have a use yet and is not confirmed to come to the mod. Just an experiment for me!

  • Changed icon of the mod in the inventory tab

  • renamed the inventory tab

  • New textures and recipes for the items and block

So that's it for the expanded version! Definitely look out for the next update because the chocolaterie table will get a use! Have fun!

  • All of the bars have updated textures

  • Dark chocolate bars give regeneration 2 for 5 seconds

  • White chocolate bars give speed 1 for 10 seconds

[Exclusive content in this mod]

  • Added gold chocolate bar

  • Gold chocolate bars give 10 seconds of regeneration, 1 min and 30 seconds of absorption and 10 seconds of speed

For now this is it, new content will definitely be added in the future (Structures, more bars etc.)
