The Config Lib, one and only config library for your mods!
What is TCL?
TheConfigLib (TCL) is a library mod to allow other mods create and use configs and build GUIs for them. On its own it does nothing, you need other mod to utilize TCL API.
It was created as fork of YACL to address API and compatibility issues.
