Not Full Not Hurt

It is a simple yet powerful Minecraft mod. It tweaks a small detail in combat, bringing a new experience to players.  

• Attack Cooldown Restriction: Players can only perform a swing action when the attack cooldown is completely finished.  
• No Swing Animation: Cancels the swing animation if the cooldown is not yet finished, enhancing the gameplay experience.
