Ever want to heal by crouching and standing still? Take a rest and you will start to regenerate health.

Want a way to heal your character in down time? With Take a Rest you can do that.

After crouching and standing still for a little while you will start resting. While resting you gain regeneration until you take damage or move again.

Supports mc versions 1.20.1 through 26.1.2

Config

Change time delay until resting (in ticks):

/scoreboard players set tar.settings tar.heal.delay 160

Take hunger while resting: /scoreboard players set TARest.Config TakeHunger 1

Turn off resting particles: /scoreboard players set TARest.Config RemoveParticles 1

By default you can see particles and do not lose hunger.

Take hunger while resting: /scoreboard players set TARest.Config TakeHunger 1

Turn off resting particles: /scoreboard players set TARest.Config RemoveParticles 1
