Stupidly Explosive

A bunch of random actions summon TNT now! This includes:

• Breaking a block
• Fishing an item out of water
• Killing an entity
• Dealing a critical hit

All of which have a gamerule to tell if they are active or not! (Disabling them all counts as having the mod disabled)
