Disables Stellaris custom sky and configures StellarView sky for every planet.
There are two formats of the compatibility - Mod or Resourcepack. They are identical, but with mod format you get automatic dependency validation from neoforge.

The compatibility is available as a resource pack or a mod.
There is no practical difference between the mod or resource pack variant.
