Steam 'n' Rails Fly

Fixed a bug where ~128 recipes silently failed to load (buffers, couplers, whistles, semaphores, smokestacks, colored windows, wrapped metal blocks, the paint brush, empty paint pitcher, and the remote lens), making the corresponding items uncraftable and hiding them from REI/JEI. This was caused by internal ingredient tags pointing at outdated Fabric convention tag names.
