This mod is an alternative to InControl and other spawning mods that allow you to add, remove, and modify living entity spawn conditions and spawn groups. Various conditions related to entities, biomes, dimensions, height, light, and gamestages can be checked for before spawning while armor, tools, weapons, attributes can be modified after spawning. Spawn entry modification is done in a vanilla-friendly manner in an effort to ensure compatibility whenever possible.  

Everything is handled through a single TOML-based config file found at config/specifiedspawning.toml.

  • Rules are now automatically reloaded the first time a server tries to spawn mobs after loading. This should fix issues with mods like galacticraft that recalculate their mob spawns later than normal
