Snorkel Mod:
This mod adds a snorkel which will allow you to breath underwater when your head has a block of air above it. When standing in water you can be submerged in 2 layers of water because your head is still one block below the air, but while swimming you must be in the top layer to get air.
Also, your air will not go up to max instantly and will now increase as it would out of water without a snorkel o

This version changes how the snorkel works; You will only be able to breathe underwater when your head is close enough to the air above. Also, your air is now increased as it would while normally out of water, instead of being instant max air.
