SkillScrolls is a configurable skill-tree plugin that lets players earn skill points, unlock upgrades through an in-game GUI, and automatically applies persistent RPG stat effects across sessions.

SkillScrolls — an RPG plugin featuring a Skill Tree and a custom GUI powered by a resource pack. Players gain levels, earn skill points, and upgrade perks with effects (attributes/potions).
The skill tree is fully configurable via skills.yml and tree.yml, and the interface works through custom models and fonts.
Commands
- /skills — open the skill tree.
- /stats — display level, experience, and skill points.
- /skillscrolls pack — send a resource pack installation request to the player.
- /skillscrollsreload — reload config.yml, skills.yml, tree.yml (requires skillscrolls.admin).
- /rpgreload — reload config.yml and skills.yml (requires skillscrolls.admin).

- skillscrolls.admin — access to reload commands.

Spigot compatibility: replaced Adventure titles with ProtocolLib packet override so the custom GUI background renders on Spigot. Added ProtocolLib integration and dependency to enforce GUI background rendering. Updated resource pack send logic to Spigot-safe overloads.
Required plugins
ProtocolLib (required, no GUI background without it).

Fixed skill tree perk icons to match the rpgfont-v2 resource pack (locked/available/learned states now render correctly). Added legacy custom model data mapping fallback for older configs (2000+ values are auto-remapped). Updated default skills.yml icon CMD values to the new resource pack range.
