Simple Autoswitch

Automatically switch to the fastest tool when mining.
Does not use tags and should work with all vanilla and modded tools and blocks.
Does not check for the correct tool type and will prefer the first tool in the hotbar with the highest mining speed for targetted block.
By default, will be disabled when sneaking. Can be disabled using a keybind or in configuration menu accessible using Mod Menu or keybind.
