Simple Minecraft plugin for Paper/Spigot that sends automatic messages to the server chat

Features
- Send messages periodically with format and colors
- Display messages in the chat or in the action bar
- Add a customizable sound to each message (optional)
- Configurable time interval and randomizable order
- NEW: Disable message sending when the server is empty
- NEW: Add a custom interval based on online players
Commands
- /sb toggle Pauses or resumes automatic message broadcasting
- /sb reload Reloads the plugin configuration
Permissions
- toggle: requires permission sb.toggle (default: op)
- reload: requires permission sb.reload (default: op)
