Shielding Totems
Allows totem of undying to be used as a shield. Uses durability.

Modifies totems so they can block. They lose durability at the same rate as a shield, but cannot be enchanted.
Datapack must be enabled for totems to be updated, but any totems updated while the pack is enabled remain able to block even without the pack. Totem must be in hand to be modified.

Shielding Totems are now crafted (a totem plus a shield), rather than all totems being turned into Shielding Totems. This serves two purposes:
- Players who find the shield functionality disruptive can avoid the feature.
- The pack can be made lighter by including the shielding components in the recipe output, rather than repeatedly checking for a player holding a totem and updating the item in their hand.

- Totem of Undying can now block attacks.
- Blocking decreases durability.
- Totem has same durability as base shield.
- Can't be enchanted (no unbreaking or mending)
