Have you ever felt the TFC vessels lacking when exploring the world? Do you wish there was more options for transporting items?

Sacks 'N Such adds mainly sacks. The most notable being the Ore Sack allowing for TFC ore to be stored incredibly dense while out mining, even automatically storing picked up ores! The cheapest and most simple Container Item is made of thatch storing little but cheap to make. More expensive item containers like the Leather Sack or Burlap Sack hold more items or in the case of the Frame Pack has is a whole 18 slots allowing you to store up to large items though due to the weight you can only carry one with items inside without being overburdened.   

This mod is very configurable and said config is targeted for pack devs if you want something configurable that isn't already please send me a message or make an issue on GitHub. The defaults I ship are what I feel is good for the mod but ultimately it's there for people to play with.

  • Steps per damage is per Boot/Horseshoe. Old "global" config has been removed. Defaults to 500 - 1,500 steps per damage depending on tier (as good as previous default or better)

  • Lacking curios causing a mixin crash on startup (mixin class loads all referenced classes which makes sense but was unexpected)

  • Frame Pack slot cap config being ignored (was intentional but not worth the needed refactor to avoid confusion about it)

Changes

  • Hard coded checks against some tags to prevent unwanted items in certain containers now checks against a single tag for the given container. TLDR; more user exposed configurability
  • Split all item container recipes into their own showcases entries to make the quick lookup feature (holding ctrl) more helpful. Entries which already existed have been tweaked and are hopefully more informative now

  • Stop consuming entire bowls when eating TFC bowl food from lunchboxes (Too crunchy). Reported by madeofmo1ecules

  • Added new patchouli entries
  • Added the Lunchbox allowing convenient carrying of food, as well as eating directly out of the item
  • Added the Mob Net to carry small mobs
  • Added Hiking Boots, speeding you up and allowing you to quickly navigate though tall grass
  • Added Horseshoes, allowing horses to move faster
  • Keybind for opening container items. Also works when worn in curios slots
  • Added a Quiver replicating the one TFC had in older versions

Changes

  • Inventory interaction tooltip only shows on container items which have the feature enabled in config
  • Item voiding is no longer a binary on or off for the whole container. Ctrl click a container slot to enable voiding for that slot. Doing so voids picked up items of that exact type only once items try to go into that slot. For example having the second slot enabled for voiding but the first slot empty will mean you have 2 slots before anything gets voided. It should feel much better than before

Fixes

  • A couple of related issues with extended slot capacity. Namely, allowing normally un-stackable items to stack causing bad interactions with code that fairly thought the items would never stack. For example TFC's Small Vessels which could be easily used to dupe items via their inventory interation.
