"Replant it!" is a simple client-side mod that forces you to replant your crops. In other terms, this mod will switch your hand from whatever you are holding to the seed of the crop to replant it whenever you break a crop plant and then switch it back to the item you were holding. (Keep in mind you have to have the seed in your inventory for it to work.)
psst, I know a way you can bypass the mod. Just don't hold any items in your hand ;)
Some servers may consider this an unfair advantage.

The mod itself.
When you break a crop, it will replant itself if the seed of the crop exists in your inventory then switch back to the item you were holding, compatible with most mods.
if you don't wan to replant the crop, don't hold anything.
