Reinforced Pumpkin

allows you to convert any helmet into a special pumpkin-based item that fully preserves its vanilla armor stats, durability, and enchantments while enabling custom models and textures (CustomModelData)

Right now work only on Paper 1.21.x backport or update maybe be later
