A Simple, Vanilla inspired furniture mod.

none of the furniture mods I've seen recently have scratched the itch so... I made my own! this is my first mod, so, I hope I did good!

I'm only supporting 1 version at a time, so my update strategy is this: I'll pick a primary mc version, then on updates to the primary version i'll hit all the versions between. for example, if u look at the downloads you'll see when i updated from 1.19.2 to 1.20/1, I exported for all versions between. My current primary version is 1.20/1. most likely 1.21 will be my next primary version, and i'll export for 1.20.4 on the when i update.

bug fixes:

  • fixed oak sword mount loot table

IMPORTANT:

The DEVs of EveryCompat are aware of these changes, and are actively fixing bugs. Just keep watch for new versions of EC, and please use EveryCompat 2.7.10 or later!

  • Temporarily removed "packed" crate feature from last update. (code implementation caused server crashing, sorry! should work on servers now! I'll add the feature back at a later point)

Beta fabric release! (finally)

Not all blocks are currently added.
Additionally, some features may not work as intended (its beta!)
I'll be filling out the remainder of the blocks within the next update or two, so keep ur eye out for that!

  • New texture for upholstery

  • New recipe for upholstery (shapeless: 2 wool, 1 string, 1 stick)

  • Upholstery is now called "fabric". (ID is still redeco:_upholstery to maintain your items in existing worlds, this will be changed to redeco:_fabric in 1.21 so don't make too much fabric if you plan on updating!)

  • Crates now show a "packed" model when you pick them up when they contain items.

  • Lattices are now climbable

  • New recipe for pet beds (now uses fabric instead of carpet)

  • Fixed issue placing items on shelves, display cases, and sword mounts while off-handing an item.

  • Fixed recipe overlap with farmer's delight cabinets. (great minds think alike ig)

  • Improved display case functionality. (sneak + right click to open/close, normal right click to take/place items)

  • Stone lanterns no longer consume honeycomb when in creative.

  • upholstering furniture no longer consumes upholstery in creative mode
  • tweaked lamp recipe (uses 2 upholstery instead of 4 carpet)
  • sword mounts can now be upholstered
  • you can now rotate swords 360 degrees in sword mounts (to the left and up now, before it was only to the right and down)
