this mod adds in bassically two functions flooding and evaporation flooding happens when it is raining and you are not in a desert evaporation happens when it is not raining the core parameters are adjustable via gamerules. this mod is for many different kinds of people including those who want more realism, and or those who want to add more dynacism to their world(s)

made blocks that are water but not work properly ie seagrass, kelp, those sorts of things (it might be in a janky way) also the effercts may not show up properly even though they should because the world may lag behind itself esspecially with high area
