Punch 2 Prime
A one-mixin mod to use Mojang's emulation of pre-Beta 1.7 TNT!

Did you know that Minecraft still has punch-to-prime TNT? Thanks to Mojang's bizarre approach to legacy support, although it's unobtainable since Beta 1.7, it's never actually been removed from Minecraft (apart from a brief period between 1.13 and 1.13.1). Punch 2 Prime is a simple one-mixin mod to set the default state of newly placed TNT back to punchable! This mod can be used purely server side, without needing to have it on connecting clients.

There are two main downloads for this port of Punch 2 Prime: one with an embedded copy of the Mixin library (Punch2Prime-1.0.2-1.12.2-with-mixins.jar), and one without (Punch2Prime-1.0.2-1.12.2.jar). The version without the embedded Mixin library should be used when another mod already includes a copy of the Mixin library (e.g. MixinBootstrap). The bundled Mixin library version is 0.8.3, although Punch 2 Prime should be compatible with Mixin 0.8.0 and above.
The bundled Mixin library is licensed under the MIT license. A copy of this license is included under META-INF.

In the spirit of the Java 4K Game Programming Contest, I've reduced the file size of the Punch 2 Prime .jar to below 4K! No changes to functionality have been made, although the logo looks a bit worse now.

Thanks to the Legacy Fabric project, Punch 2 Prime is now on 1.8.9! Although this mod doesn’t need the Legacy Fabric API, you will probably need to use it with the Legacy Fabric loader! You can either install the Legacy Fabric loader for the vanilla launcher through the Legacy Fabric installer (https://github.com/Legacy-Fabric/fabric-installer), or you can download a MultiMC instance of the Legacy Fabric loader from the Legacy Fabric discord server (https://discord.gg/yBTpRXe)!
