This mod is all about Victorian Science, Carnival and Occultism. Keep in mind that this mod is still a big WIP!
This is an entry for the ModFest: Carnival event.
Current Features:
- Blocks made for safe landing
- Flag Blocks, which display banner patterns when equipped
- Spotlight Block
- Unicycle Entity
- Items to change mob and especially horse behavior
- new Registry for predictions using Tarot cards

- Added "Input" section to the Spotlight screen. Those fields are not capped, so they can be used to let the spotlight spin for a long time or at higher speeds than ususal

- fixed constant packet sending of spotlight blocks
- Spotlight lamp block receives redstone now below the bottom vertical transmitter like any other redstone receiving block
