Simple death note that can kill players, and wait a certain time before killing them.

deathnote now puts the affected player into spectator mode, heartbeat and damage ffects will play at time of death, also fixed the mod not working on servers, first major rework of the mod (Thank Aurora for this one chat, she a real oen figuring this all out)

Added a text box to deathnote gui, can be used to edit how long it will be before the victim dies (in seconds)

Added Pages, they can be ripped out of the deathnote in the gui, each page can be used 5 times, they also grant the same advancements.
