The mod adds combat stimulants and medications to the game. It also includes night vision devices, thermal imagers and more. It introduces its own radiation system and methods of protection against it.

Stimulants 1. Adrenalin 2. Zagustin 3. Etg 4. Norephrin 5. Propital 6. Greendragon. They accumulate harm in the body with frequent use.
Medicine 1. Medkit 2. IPP 3. Turnstile. 4. Ai 2

You can heal other players and creatures.

Armor 1. Gasmask 2. Night Vision 3. Welding Mask 4. Thermal Goggles 5. Terrorist Vest
