Perfectionist

Perfectionist is a simple completionist mod for players who love ticking off boxes and collecting everything. It acts like an in game checklist for every single survival item in Minecraft.

How it works:

• Click the new book icon in your inventory OR Press 'Y' to open the menu. You'll see a massive grid of items.
• Items you've found turn green. Items you haven't found yet stay grayed out.
• The mod automatically tracks items the second you pick them up, craft them, break them, or even just hold them on your cursor.

Features:

• It catches up instantly: The very first time you log into an old world, it scans your vanilla statistics history and automatically unlocks everything you've already found before installing the mod.
• 100% Client-Side: You can use this on public servers or vanilla multiplayer without the server needing the mod installed. Your progress stays safe on your own computer.
• No unobtainable Items: Items unobtainable in survival without cheating do not show up in the list of items.
