Adds a fire lance. It explodes one time.
Requires Connector and FFAPI on (neo)forge.
The fire lance is a weapon that can be loaded with gunpowder to give a shock advantage at the start of a battle!

- Set fire lance item settings / components more accurately, with durability and an iron material.
- Give fire lance base damage and attack speed
- Give fire lance +2 entity interaction range
- Allow hotloading fire lance with offhand
