Origin Furs

A Origins extension mod which adds visuals for each origin, that modifies and adds onto the player model.

A Origins mod extension that adds models and visuals to the Player.

Note from Developer: Due to mental stress related issues, development, fixes, and updates may be slow. I do plan to continue work on ORIF.

All models are custom-made using AzureLib (Or GeckoLib), and support overlaying skins, fullbright textures, and custom model parts & animations.

If using on a server, make sure this mod is on the server as well! Otherwise rendering may not work properly

CURRENT INCOMPATIBILITIES:

The rendering backend for this mod is entirely custom, and efficient. It's much more minimal than Figura as it only has things that effect the player's model.

This backend will be turned into a library soon, and become a dependency as well

Fixed a crash related to the OriginsRegistry class not loading (?)

If this continues to occur, or you find the following message in your logs, then please create an issue and provide your entire log file! 

[ORIF] Failed to load origins registry! Ensure the Origins mod is loaded! Some models may not work, and crashes may occur!

Fixes an issue when this mod is used on a server, and it not being recognized by the server. Attempted a fix for a crash related to the client trying to change the elytra texture

Fix for Issue #5 and Issue #7

Fix for Origins not being sent to/from client to server, conditions are below:

  • on client join, server doesn't send all player's origins to client
  • on other client join, server doesn't send to player clients.
    • This is fixed by requesting all origins from the server

If issues regarding this occur, MAKE A GITHUB ISSUE PLEASE! This is a very critical issue, and needs to be fixed if broken!
