Overview

Open Please is a lightweight QoL (Quality of Life) mod that auto-opens doors, trapdoors, and fence gates. Doors, trapdoors, and fence gates will open if the player is within one block of it and close. Expect this mod to get a settings menu in the near future!

Key Features

  • Auto-open doors with no need for pressure plates or redstone!
  • Supports all variants of doors, trapdoors, and fence gates.
  • Toggle auto-opening on or off if you don't need it.
  • Works on servers without clients having this mod.

  • A setting in the mod config that displayed "options.openplease.toggle_sound" has been fixed to "Auto-Open Sound".

  • As of 7/4/2025 Mod Menu's last stable release only supports 1.21.4 and if used with this version a crash will happen! Instead use version v15.0.0-beta.3 for 1.21.6-1.21.8!

  • Because this mod now relies on Mod Menu support for Forge and NeoForge has been removed from now on leaving only Fabric.
  • This mod now reqires two new dependencies.
