I noticed that the fabric has backported mods for this potion. So here's a backport for our beloved Forge :)
The potion drops from Pillagers and Vindicator Captains (who carry the flag)

Localization has been added, now there are two (English, Russian). Potion levels have been added, now there are 1-5, they drop randomly from pillagers with flag. Some changes have been made to the potion names and descriptions to make them more similar to vanilla
