Allows you to place blocks that are not on the grid

Mod Instructions:
Press R to select a block you want to place, and press G to place the block that is in your hand one block below you. Do not use on servers because
A: CHEATING
B: Just dont do it ok?

Features: Keybind to open GUI for placing offset blocks at your location Keybind to place the block in your hand at your location
