Numeric ID in advanced item tooltip

1.13 had changed the overal item IDs (called The Flattening), but numerical IDs are still used internally which is based on the registeration order. This mod adds the numeric ID in the inventory item tooltip if Advanced Item Tooltip is on in the options, like in 1.12.2 and earlier. Since The Flattening removed "data values", this mod won't have the feature to show it (like some items' IDs shown as #0012/1).
