No Sneaking Animation

Adds a config option to disable (and change the height of) the crouch animation. Heavily based on Sneak Tweak code, because it's not (yet) available for 1.21+.

This mod is heavily based on Sneak Tweak, because it isn't (yet) available for 1.21+.
